Hsuan-Te (Miriam) Sun

Hsuan-Te (Miriam) Sun is a graduate student in the Developmental Biology Department. She graduated from the California Institute of Technology in the class of 2020 with a B.S. in Biology. At Caltech, she studied cell migration dynamics during Drosophila embryogenesis as an undergraduate researcher in the lab of Dr. Angela Stathopoulos. She joined the O'Brien lab in May 2021 and is excited to uncover more about dynamic cell behaviors in the adult Drosophila midgut.
